This is my scenario. 1. main office2. 3 branch offices.Im upgrading them from 2003-2008 functional level. My question is I will have a DC at each branch office. After i adprep/ rodcprep and install a RODC at each branch office what do i do with the existing DC"s do I just demote them and then the RODC takes over? We were planning of having 2 DC's at our main office using failover.
